We want every little one (and every parent!) to be happy with their purchase.
Because our products are shipped internationally, our return and refund process is simple, safe, and hassle-free.
1. Order Issues (Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Kiddo.Corner will happily offer either:
• A free replacement, or
• A full refund
Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your package.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:
• Your order number
• Photo or video of the issue
• Photo of the shipping label + package
We will take care of everything within 48 hours.
2. Change of Mind / Wrong Size Ordered
Due to international logistics, we are unable to accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
However, Kiddo.Corner is committed to providing a positive experience.
We may offer:
• A partial refund, or
• A discount on your next purchase
This is handled case-by-case.
3. No Return Required
For hygiene and safety reasons — especially for children’s clothing and kids’ lifestyle items — returns are not required in most cases.
If there is a product issue, we will:
• Refund you, or
• Send a new replacement
without asking for the original item back.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is significantly delayed or lost during delivery, Kiddo.Corner will:
• Ship a free replacement, or
• Issue a full refund
after confirming tracking status.
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Estimated processing:
• Credit card: 3–7 business days
• PayPal: Instant–48 hours
